I am very freak about my diet and exercise… As 5’7” I have a normal body weight and athletic body …Since childhood I was in sports and after marriage I came to US and went crazy regarding my diet and fitness… Bcos I became more aware of healthy lifestyle…
Even after having two kids and a busy schedule am trying to hit the gym at any cost…
But healthy living just doesn’t mean eating healthy and working out… It means taking good care of yourself your family and friends and mainly having a healthy and fresh mind… Keep yourself active, moving, try to be in touch with world… Listen to music and read books you love no matter it’s a novel or a receipe book… Keep your house organized it brings positive energy to life… Always have a hobby that you can cherish…
And here are the 4 E’s of life to make life more easy..
Eat Healthy and Drink Plenty of water …
Energise with Fruits no to junk food…
Exercise Daily atleast for half hour…
Evalute your inner talent…
Love Yourself … Dressing appropriate to the occasion will always make you feel on top of the world…Some stuff every girl should have is a nourishing shampoo, soothing body wash and moistusers and most important having a rejuvenating night cream because your skin gets most of the care at night …
Wow !! what a pleasure right… Everyone deserve it …. And lastly but most important then the above is having a peaceful goodnight sleep… Taking care of yourself is so much fun…
Always stay up with technology as world is revolving around tech… Be in touch with your friends and family and always try to wish them on their bday’s and anniversary’s because it’s the best thing you can ever do to them… You can’t spend money for everyone but atleast you can spend time with them and this time spent will be memorized forever…
